On October 18, Yan Hua, founder, chairman, and CEO of Shenzhen Farben Information Technology Co., Ltd., visited the FAW Group Greater Bay Area (GBA) R&D Institute and FAW South (Shenzhen) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. and held a meeting with Zhang Zhizhou, director of the FAW Group Greater Bay Area (GBA) R&D Institute and general manager of FAW South (Shenzhen) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.
The two parties had in-depth discussions on the Cooperation with FAW Group Greater Bay Area (GBA) R&D Institute for Talent Innovation Services and reached a preliminary agreement.

At the meeting, Mr. Yan Hua briefed Mr. Zhang Zhizhou on Farben’s development and strategic planning for business in the automobile industry.
He noted that Farben upholds the service principle of “Prioritising Customers.” As a software service provider that ranks among the top in China and first in South China, Farben has been the fastest-growing company during the last decade. Farben registered a revenue of 3.885 billion yuan in 2023 and a revenue of 2.086 billion yuan in the first half of 2024, representing a growth of 14.53% year-on-year.
The automobile industry has been a priority of Farben and is a strategic track for it to develop more value. Farben is highly compatible with the FAW Group GBA R&D Institute in terms of industrial service experience, capabilities, talent management service systems, and strategic development directions. Hence, there is huge room for cooperation between the two parties.

Mr. Zhang Zhizhou gave high recognition to Farben’s service capabilities, service response speed, and great attention to services.
He shared the positioning and strategy of the institute, saying that they will accomplish the goal of attracting more than 3,000 high-caliber, urgently needed professionals and over 100 ecosystem partners and implementing more than 1,000 innovation achievements by 2029. According to him, the institute needs to establish cooperation with excellent companies with a strategic vision like Farben in the introduction of high-caliber professionals, exchanges of cutting-edge technologies, and innovation projects.
Meanwhile, he hoped that, with the development of the institute, the cooperation with Farben will be long-term strategic cooperation for mutual help and win-win results instead of short-term cooperation.

Mr. Yan Hua thanked Mr. Zhang Zhizhou for his invitation and accepted the invitation with pleasure. He said that, based on Farben’s value for the automobile industry and FAW Group in the next 5 to 10 years, Farben will serve FAW Group with a strategic vision, create a win-win cooperation model, and promote a strategic partnership between the two parties.
The meeting has strengthened mutual trust between the two parties and laid a solid foundation for them to establish cooperation in the digital transformation of automobiles, technological innovation, and talent enabling and jointly contribute to the intelligentization and upgrading of China’s automobile industry to a high-end industry.
